A control algorithm that reshapes a liquid-cooling mesh in real time against per-die thermal maps. The lattice predicts hotspot migration two seconds ahead and reroutes flow without pump surge, cutting peak junction temperature while holding facility PUE under 1.12. Filed as a method-and-apparatus disclosure covering mesh topology, predictive control, and fail-soft fallback.
