Idea Bank

Listed

A sealed intellectual-property vault that timestamps origins, issues ERC-20 stakes, and licenses rights without a studio.

Idea Bank is a two-sided market for unfiled and filed intellectual property. An origin is canonicalized, SHA-256 hashed, and committed to a ledger before any partner sees the disclosure. The inventor may then mint a vault-book position or deploy a Polygon ERC-20 whose constructor stores that content hash, list a float on an internal marketplace, and grant exclusive, non-exclusive, or field-of-use licenses with royalty basis points and term. Buyers acquire fractional claims; licensees receive programmed disbursements. The model covers the registry, the token rail, the marketplace matching, and the royalty waterfall — not the prosecution of any specific patent.
